Venado is headquartered in Cedarburg, WI.  Products are designed by our staff and ultimately received into our Cedarburg warehouse where they are proudly packaged and shipped by our team.

The majority of Venado products are imported from overseas manufacturers.  Our product development team is continuously working to have more American merchandise included in our product line.

If you're between size, go with the smaller one. No need to size up unless you plan to carry a very large gun. (Large - 26" across the chest)

We work hard to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Holiday closures may impact this timeframe. We will email your shipping confirmation including tracking once your order has shipped.

At Venado, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Venado offers free exchanges on all non-clearance items. If you wish to return any item from your order, we offer a flat $6.95 shipping fee deducted from your refund. Merchandise must be returned new, with original tags attached. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn. 

Returns and exchanges of new and unused items will be accepted up to 45 days after purchase. All clearance, gift cards, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

It helps us process your return or exchange faster if you use the original box and packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Note that processing time may be longer during periods of high volume like the holiday season. We will work as quickly as we can to ensure that your return or exchange is processed in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.

Returns are simple, please enter your order number or email associated with your order. Orders typically start with "V"

Our Interior Pocket Fits Most Handguns, including revolvers, subcompacts, compacts, mid-side, full-size 1911s, and tasers. All barrels lengths will work, but some larger attachments, like the TLR-1, are not recommended.

Yes, firearms with red dot will work with our secure interior concealed carry pocket.

Yes, our secure interior Pockets are on located on both sides, making each garment suitable for left or right handed carriers.

Large light attachments like the TLR-1 is not recommended. Smaller attachments like the TLR-6 will work.

Yes, most laser sights will fit in concealed carry pocket. For example the H3L series sight will fit with no problems.
